Orlando Light Opera, a Central Florida Vocal Arts company, in collaboration with Space Coast Symphony and Opera del Sol will present a Music of the Night Masquerade at The Orlando Repertory Theatre August 2nd through the 4th. Featuring principal singers Michelle Knight of Broadway's Disenchanted and local stars, mezzo soprano Sarah Purser, tenor Kit Cleto and baritone Michael John Foster, this evening will embody the glamour, magic and mystery of beloved musical theater and opera repertory. Space Coast Symphony will delight under the baton of founder and conductor, Aaron Collins with the lush sound of full orchestra. Opera del Sol will offer interactive performances upon arrival and throughout the evening, utilizing the newly renovated lobby and staircase area of the Orlando Rep to engage with the audience in innovative ways.The visual artistry of Ashley Willsey, designer of CFCArts Hunchback of Notre Dame, will dazzle in her original projected sets inspired by the larger works from which our music will be excerpted.
